SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

1) Free Shipping is offered for a limited only. Please be advised that free shipping via e-packet/standard shipping can vary from 7 days to 30 days. In some cases some items can even take up to 60 days. All depending on your location and/or shipping address. Rest assured that here at MetroGuy we are doing everything we can to faster process your order and ship it in a reasonable amount of time.

 

2) Paid or expedited shipping can be arranged for certain items. Please contact us at our Contact Us page to send a request or a quote. As we our just launching our Company, we are still working on making our services better and connecting with great suppliers and shipping companies. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

 

3) Customer agrees to pay for shipping and handling in the event of return or refund item/s.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

1) In the event that you need your item/s returned, exchanged or refunded, we only accept returns or refunds if:

a> The product/item is damaged upon receiving due to no fault of your own.

b> The product/item is not as described.

c> The product/item was not delivered within the 60 day maximum delivery time period.

d> Customer did not receive the product/item at all. Or missing shipment.

 

2) We do not offer returns or refund if you change your mind and no longer want them. Or if you think it is of low quality.  

3) Cosmetics and all underwear are FINAL SALE and absolutely no return, exchange or refund.

 

4) MetroGuy has the right to refuse returns and refunds if we find that there was no legitimate reason for the return and refund. 

 

5) All items for return or refund should be in the condition as when you received it. Tags and/or stickers should still be intact and has NOT been USED.
