SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
1) Free Shipping is offered on orders $15.00 and above.
Please allow 3-5 Business days for processing before we ship out your order. A shipment may be delayed due to fraud review or in-stock availability.
For buyer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization, verification, and PayPal transaction. Also, if your shipping information does not match your credit card billing information, there may be some delay in order process.
2) Please be advised that standard shipping can vary from 7 to 21 days. In rare occasions, items can take up to 45 days. All depending on your location and/or shipping address, weather disturbances, natural disasters, and government postal services issues. Rest assured that here at MetroGuy we are doing everything we can to faster process your order and ship it in a reasonable amount of time.
3) Paid or expedited shipping can be arranged for certain items. Please contact us at our Contact Us page or email to send a request or a quote.
3) Customer agrees to pay for shipping and handling in the event of return or refund item/s.
4) Expedited, Two day, and Overnight shipping options are available only on some items, as described on the product page and only offered within the 48 contiguous US states.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
1) We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the event that you need your item/s returned, exchanged or refunded, we only accept returns or refunds if:
a> The product/item is damaged upon receiving due to no fault of your own.
b> The product/item is not as described.
c> The product/item was not delivered within the 45 day maximum delivery time period.
d> Customer did not receive the product/item at all. Or missing shipment.
e> Please ensure to check and place your correct size and measurements before finalizing your order as we do not offer exchange for size and color discrepancies. As some of our clothing and apparels are Asian sizes, please refer to the sizing guides provided on each items.
2) Personal Items (like Adult toys) and ALL underwear are FINAL SALE and absolutely no return, exchange or refund unless the product is defective upon receipt and has not been used, tampered with, or manipulated in any way.
3) MetroGuy has the right to refuse returns and refunds if we find that there was no legitimate reason for the request.
4) All items for return or refund should be in the condition as when you received it. Tags and/or stickers should still be intact and has NOT been USED.
